Glowing Shadow

Born in the month of astrology of Scorpio, I have always been recognized by my family, friends, and classmates as a truly dedicated member. I have a keen interest in cross-cultural communication and comparative cultures since childhood. I have received a bachelor’s degree in Cross-Culture Communications from Sichuan International Studies University  and a master’s degree in Social Science from University of Guelph  with honors. I have been a full-time and part-time teacher or instructor, a translator in languages (from Mandarin to English and from English to Mandarin), and an amateur writer in the past years.

This website has been created to post thought-provoking articles from both Chinese and western cultures, mainly about philosophy, art, fashion, health, self-help topics, life, family, etc.  Religions, politics, news, and articles with prejudiced opinions are not what I like in my web.  All articles will be posted in two languages. I am creating this website in search for universal values in life, to help everyone in need, and to promote a better understanding of cultures.
